Sparkles Pre School

My first pre-school has been under my leadership for over 11 years now. It is well regarded by local parents and the Early Years community. We have also twice achieved Ofsted Outstanding. Join me for a morning chat and I can explain how we maintain this high standard. It's not always easy with a ‘pack-away’ pre-school, but if we have the right ethos and values anything can be achieved.

We are always evolving and improving, just ask the staff, “let’s tweak” is a frequent phrase I use for changing up practice. Influenced by a variety of theorists and fabulous Early Years trainers, we are good at putting plans into action!
