Face-to-face consultation is a very effective way of helping you get positive plans in place for your setting. Through discussion and working with your team I can find out what areas of practice need targeting. We can get to the heart of your needs and from there we can improve the quality of the child care and education you provide.
This is my most sought after service! I have been very successful helping fellow managers with starting up businesses, trouble-shooting Ofsted recommendations, tightening up routines, and staff well-being. All this ultimately helps you to provide children with environment they need to get the most out of their early learning.
I’m not here to judge, I’m here a to help. It’s hard to manage staff, implement good working routines and get the best outcomes for children. I know, I’ve done it. I know what needs tackling and how you can achieve your goals.
The best way to start is by booking me to visit your business for a morning. I can meet you and your staff, listen to any concerns you may have and target areas for improvement. We can set out a plan of how this can be achieved. You can then visit the businesses I manage to see how an Ofsted outstanding Pre-School works.
